Heading up The Kentish Hare’s kitchen, Chris and James have already succeeded in gaining national recognition for quality food and service in just two years since its opening in 2014. The Barbican Kitchen staff provide impeccable service and are the most loyal in the business, with some working alongside the brothers for 10 years.
